INOV – Institute of Systems and Computer Engineering Innovation is a Technology and Innovation Center dedicated to applied research and technology transfer, in a structured and professional manner, through the provision of research, development and innovation services (R&D+i), consultancy and training in ICT-related areas.

 

With close links to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and other centres of knowledge, along with a set of certifications, partnerships and qualifications, it aims to help companies (with a focus on SMEs) in their innovation and internationalization processes through endogenization technology as a differentiating factor in its growth strategies.

 

Currently, INOV is committed to areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Sensorization and IoT, Cyber-physical Systems, Digital Transformation, 5G/6G, among others. It has specialized laboratory infrastructures: Electronics and Testing, Optoelectronics Laboratories, and Classified Information Control Rooms.
